What the game uses, and why

WhatWhyWith whom
The ad network (it starts after you answer the ad question on first launch): device identifiers (Apple's advertising identifier only if you allow it), model, system, language, IP address and approximate country, what you do with an ad you watch. The game gives it nothing that identifies you. Prepare an ad and show it when you choose to watch one, count it and fight fraud; personalize it only with your consent (asked on first launch, changeable in OPTIONS). Without consent: non-personalized ads. Unity LevelPlay and its ad networks Unity Ads and ironSource Ads (Unity Technologies).
On your phone: your settings (volumes, music, language, co-driver, minimap, ghost), your answers about age and ads, your progress (money, cars, rallies, records and their ghosts, daily gift). So the game remembers you from one session to the next. No one: it stays on your iPhone (and in its iCloud backup, if you turned it on).

Younger players

On first launch, the game asks your age. Under 16, ads are never personalized, Apple's tracking request is not shown, and the ad network is told the player is a child. The game has no account, no chat and no sharing.

How long?

What the game keeps on your iPhone stays there until you delete the game. The ad network keeps its data for its own periods, described in its policy.

Your rights

Data outside Europe

Unity Technologies and its ad networks may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
